Will it hurt the paint job?
No. The specially formulated glue will not affect OEM (original factory) paint finishes.

What types of damage can be removed?
It will remove all soft dents (a dent with no sharp center point or edge) up to the size of a grapefruit if the dent is not on an edge or bodyline. Dent or ding may still be visible under certain lighting conditions or angles.
The dent pulling tab does not pop off, rather it pulls away with a gooey type release, what is the problem?
The temperature and or humidity is too high. Try your repair in the evening or allow it to cool overnight and do the repair in the morning for a maximum removal.
My dent did not come out perfect, I followed the steps, did I do something wrong?
No, It may take up to 10 pulls to achieve the desired result of perfection and even then it may not come out 100% perfect.
Which dent pulling tab do I use?
You want to use the pulling tab the just covers the center of the dent. For example if you have a quarter size dent you would want to use the small oval puller that is the size of dime.
I have used the puller over 10 times on the dent and it still has a small little dent left what did I do wrong?
Probably nothing. The dent may have too sharp of a center and is beyond the capability of the puller.
Are the dent pulling tabs reusable?
Yes they have an indefinite lifespan.

1-Glue a dent pulling tab to the center of the dent.
2-Quickly apply to center of dent and let cool for a few minutes.
3-Place pulling bridge over dent pulling tab.
4-Twist wing nut on to dent pulling tab.
5-Remove glue with rubbing alcohol (not included). Polish with soft, clean cloth.
